The fall season….
To some that draws to mind craft fairs and fruit markets to others it means the launch of cooler weather and the leaves beginning to turn. As I put my Realtors lens on the Fall Market I see allot of engagement with buyers and sellers. The weather remains warm and sunny but the change in season is bringing “Sold” signs popping up on the lawns of our resident’s homes here in Niagara on the Lake. This is followed quickly on the heels of new listings hitting the market.
Experts are declaring that the Canadian Housing Market is healthy again. While our neighbour across the lake, Toronto is in recovery mode and Vancouver continues to be in a slump overall the news is good. I’ve long considered Niagara on the Lake to be somewhat protected from the fluctuations of the country’s housing market even so, this stability is welcome.
As we look forward to cooler weather and the beauty of the seasonal change it is a wonderful time to step into the real estate market in the Niagara Region. It is always an honour and a pleasure to reconnect with those clients that have entrusted me with their homes and real estate decisions and of course to meet new clients and welcome them to all that this area has to offer.
