    I was a customer. I bought a new 2015 Phazer here and talked my son into buying his Phazer here also. I have also bought oil and filters here even though I knew I could get it for a lower price someplace else. I try to support local business when I can. This past fall I took the machine in for a ... winter tune up. I was a satisfied customer.

    I need to replace the rear shocks so I took the machine in. They gave me a quote for parts and labor and again I could have gotten the shocks (Yamaha shocks) cheaper but again supporting local business. One of the shocks would not even be in the U.S.A. for a minimum of 5 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to cancel the work because I had a financial problem and could not afford to have the work done right now. So, even though they do not have the shocks they are charging me a 20% re-stocking fee on the total for both which comes to almost $150. I feel this is a giant rip off. I have spent a lot of money here but I will not spend any more.

    I have been driving by Northern Power Sports for years on my way up North and am in the market for a new UTV in the Spring. I had stopped at 3 places on the way up and all 3 completely blew me off because I wasn't buying at the moment. I walked in this one and it was like a different world. I talked ... to two people over the course of about 30 minutes and both couldn't have been more helpful. They took the time to ask me about what I intended to use it for, answered all my questions, didn't put down the competition and were very down to Earth. I will for sure be back when I am ready to buy.

    I was heading up North to our place in Atlanta, Mi and stopped by to purchase our new Sidewinder. I actually read the reviews on Northern Power Sports before I called and the owner, who also handles sales, was one of the best I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with larger dealers in the past and ... Steve went out of his way to make this an exceptional experience. The price was more than fair, the attitudes of the employees were great, my unit was ready on time and they did everything the way it was supposed to be done. They earned my future business!

    I have no idea what happened to the other guys to make them leave bad feedback but I noticed they only used initials and not their full name. I walked in the store 5 minutes before they closed on a holiday weekend. I had purchased an Odes from them about a year before and hit a stump on the trail. ... They had the part in stock, cleaned out the stuff they had just put in the shop, pulled mine in and had me going in an hour. They charged me $25 for the labor. I doubt there is another dealership around where I live that would even take the time after hours on a holiday let alone charge me a 1/3 of what it would normally cost. I can't say enough about the owner and specifically his service manager who saved my weekend.

    Not sure what made the other guy so mad. These guys bent over backwards to get me going. They took a new UTV apart just to get me going late on a Friday night and saved my weekend. They stayed after hours and wouldn't even accept a tip! I highly recommend them.

    I stopped in to pick up a battery for my Raptor 90. They did not have the battery, but I walked out with a Grizzly 120. Doug made the sale simple, pain free, then sealed the deal with a very reasonable delivery fee. I'll be back!

    Had a major repair issue with a Yamaha Snowmobile and a punctured Heat Exchanger. Steve and Northern took on this issue and repaired it. Others said it was un-fixable and I should junk the sledand look for another one. I would recommend Northern service.

    On the way to. My cabin in Lewiston I stopped by just to take a look ,I was looking at some to ups my wife and I are looking maybe to sell are 2 sleds that are somewhat older for maybe a trade in ,the guy there was vary friendly and informative and did not push a sale plus we looked at the new 4seat ... utv ,we were treated well and no pressure sales and made us feel welcome

    I live locally & used to go to this yamaha dealer alot for about a year but had to stop going there cuz tried to rip me off for the second time & very bad attitude . So I Stoped going there for a long time . I just went there again for the first time in a long long time & let me tell u I won't go ... back ever again. The owner has such a bad attitude!!! & then they say thay will do something for you but they never call u back . Then I call leave a message & still no call . It's very upsetting because if they would have just said they couldn't do it then I could have look elsewhere!!!!! Very very bad business practices !!!!! It's pretty bad when I live near this dealer & I own yamahas but have to drive to a different dealer to get all my parts & new atvs
