    I came here multiple times and always was satisfied. But today’s visit was just anonsense! Icame for aregular blood work. The panel contained about 9—10different blood tests, and ittook aphlebotomist about 15(!) minutes tocreate anorder for myblood work. After that she told methat one ofthe tests cannot beperformed, and when Iasked which one exactly. She told meshe didn’t know which one itwas. She also told that Ishould call mydoctor, can you imagine? How come mydoctor isgoing toknow which test your lab cannot perform?! Itried tonegotiate, asked toperform all the rest ofthe tests without that one that they cannotdo, but she was just repeating “I put your order onhold, Iput your order onhold”. Like this isridiculous! Apersonnel not knowing what todo and not willing tohelp should not beworking with customers! Iwill not return tothis place and don’t recommend visitingit. Maybe it’s even better that she didn’t draw myblood, because Iam not sure how successful that procedure would gowith that attitude and absolute unwillingness tohelp. Avoid!– show

      The worst lab I’ve even been too the most disgusting and unprofessional staff who yells atyou because she’s miserable toworkher. Horrible

            They are lying and don’t dodrug test.
            The reason was that they had not labels but there was aguy who was waiting for two weeks for same reason.
            Why isit possible tomake anappointment tothis location for drug test ifthey can’t doit?
            They waist our time with noreason.
            Avoid making any appointment tothis location.

                  The WORSTTTT experince I’ve everhad. Unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful staffs especially the security guard who told methat they don’t take any walk-ins after2pm, and told meto goback at7am next morning, soI goback wait for 2hours(got called inat 9am) just tofind out that they don’t dodrug test until 10am..so Iwaited one more hour until 10to get mytest done..the behavior ofthe staff/security guard isso badd, Ihave never felt sohelpless inany other medical office inmy life.It’s like they don’t care about anyone, they will give ufalse informations and then not help later. THE WORSTTT MEDICAL OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE IHAVE EVER BEENTO.– show

                      This place isa scam!!! They sent mea bill iowe them $860via text. I've never ever been anywhere near this facility. I've never had any lab tests done atthis God forsaken place.They send mea bill? With all ofmy information? They answer nophones. Iwill get tothe bottom ofthis. They're all one big scam. Iam surptised from all the horrific reviews from people who've gone there haven't sued this place!!!

                        The most terrible experience!
                        On July7, 2021Iwent for blood and urine test mydoctor rheumatologist
                        requested. The first technician started doing the paperwork that means coding inthe computer system, but couldn't doit and was very aggravated because ofit. She asked meto step down and wait, sothe second technician came inand she looked more professional and after some time could clear itout. Ihad 14vials ofblood taken with 3punctures because itneeded alot. Also Igot myurine co
                        llected there.
                        On July 20I called the doctors office tomake sure they got mytest results and was totally smashed that they don't have anything and the computer said everything was cancelled!!! Iwas speechless! Myoffice said they never called them and didn't call meeither toverify!
                        I didn't goto mydoctor because nothing was done. The doctors office requested the investigations but their management said they don't know what happened!!! What kind of“professionals” that working with people's blood and don't know what happened with14 vials ofblood???
                        When Icalled there they didn't want totalk with meeven!
                        Stay away from thislab!!!

                          Would give itzero stars ifI could. Terrible customer service. Had todrop off 24hour test with labels onit already. Only one person working. Told meto stand tothe side and wait with noindication onwhen she would processme. After waiting for 15minutes Iasked and she told meshould would process all the blood draws before taking myalready labeled sample. Taking mybusiness toanotherlab. Also noparking inthe area and complete mess when you walkin. Place looks filthy.

                                      I was pleasantly surprised. Ihad read anegative review for this site, but itwas closest tome and Ihave notime inthe morning, soI chooseit. The first good thing— easy tomade appointment and afew emails before appointment reminded meabout time and location. The second big surprise when Icame for blood test was stuff. Iwas myfirst time there and nurse Dayshia helped meto check appointment asI had only email onmy phone. There was problem with myBlood Order, but Ihad aprintout ofit and she scanned all those pages inmy account. Very professionally she took all samples ofblood, absolutely nopain. Really, Iwant tothank her for great service.– show

                                        Your staff made myuncle come back several times. You had the script faxed and refused tolook for ittelling him heneeds towalk inwith ascript. You treat people with special needs like animals. Hespent $30incar fare going several times toyour place and you could have called his doctor toassist onyour phone knowing hedidn’t haveone. Ihope you all get fired!!!
