Good morning! I've been trying to call since last Tuesday, when I actually spoke to someone and she was helpful. I'm an frustrated because I'm in Washington state and my tax return is just sitting in your post office, and I am trying to retrieve it. Where are you guys? Why is no one answering my calls.... Is there a different number I should be calling ? I feel hopeless..... I have called for at least an hour today and no one will pick up the phone....... I have a tracking number saying it made it here two weeks ago, it made it to Wenatchee Washington but for some reason it was sent back? And I can't get ahold of anyone except that one team member.... Why is it stuck in your office?

The post office has made it impossible to be contacted about a supposedly delivered package for which the locker key was not provided to the recipient. The given phone number reaches a directing operator and then, when "transferred," a busy signal and dead end.

I am having a problem with the person delivering my mail. My front yard is fenced, with a gate both at my driveway/parking on the property AND at at a walkway to my porch and front door. I keep a gate CLOSED at both places. The carrier delivering my mail enters my property at the gate by my parking area, AND REFUSED TO CLOSE THE GATE EITHER WHEN HE ENTERS OR LEAVES THE PROPERTY. HE REFUSES TO COME BACK AND CLOSE IT. I have recently had varicose vein surgery on both legs, and it difficult for me to have to go and close the gate. Please tell him to close the gate or use the walkway.

Very poor...no mail delivered on Saturday 03/27/21 and no mail delivered on Monday 03/29/21...mailman came by but only delivered opposite side of street then took off around corner. Neighbors on my side of street have had mail with flags up to be picked up for two days, as have I...will call Riverdale City Utah to let them know too..

I’ve called 6 times threw out the day and nothing! This is ridiculous! Just had 3 simple questions about what’s wrong with my address change and not even a single answer. Very disappointed.

Not happy about the lobby closing at 5pm now. Install an automated postage thing if you don't want to do your job.
